1. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you create an account or purchase a membership, you are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity conducted through your account. You may not share account access with others or use another person’s account without permission.

2. Educational and informational purpose

Flow Maps Pro provides market commentary, research, data interpretation, educational frameworks, and hypothetical or illustrative trade scenarios. The services are provided solely for educational and informational purposes.

Flow Maps Pro is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser, financial planner, fiduciary, or tax or legal adviser. Nothing provided through the services constitutes personalized investment, trading, financial, legal, or tax advice; an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument; or a guarantee of any outcome.

3. Trading and investment risk

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of some or all capital. Options, leveraged products, futures, contracts for difference, and short-term trading strategies can carry especially high risk and may not be suitable for everyone.

You are solely responsible for evaluating information, conducting independent research, determining suitability, managing risk, and making your own decisions. Consult appropriately licensed financial, legal, and tax professionals when needed. Past performance, historical examples, public grades, simulated results, and hypothetical scenarios are not indicative of future results.

4. Research limitations

Market information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or become outdated quickly. Prices, levels, probabilities, scenarios, and opinions may change without notice. A stated scenario or grade does not represent an executed trade, account performance, or a promise that a similar setup will occur again. You should verify material facts and market data independently before acting.

5. Memberships, billing, and renewals

Paid memberships are offered at the prices and billing intervals displayed at checkout. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, recurring memberships renew automatically until canceled. You authorize the applicable commerce and payment providers to charge the payment method associated with your purchase for recurring fees and applicable taxes.

You may cancel through the membership platform or account tools made available to you. Cancellation generally prevents future renewals and does not retroactively reverse charges already processed. Refunds, credits, trials, promotions, and billing disputes are governed by the terms presented at checkout and the policies of the applicable commerce or payment provider, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Intellectual property and permitted use

All Flow Maps Pro content—including reports, written analysis, graphics, frameworks, page designs, branding, tables, compilations, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Flow Maps Pro and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access purchased or freely provided content for your own individual, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly display substantial portions of the content.
• Share paid reports, account credentials, downloads, screenshots, or subscriber-only materials with unauthorized persons.
• Remove ownership notices, branding, disclosures, or disclaimers.
• Scrape, systematically extract, train models on, create competing datasets from, or commercially exploit the content without written permission.
• Misrepresent Flow Maps Pro content as your own research or advice.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the services to violate law or another person’s rights; interfere with the website or its security; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; evade access restrictions; impersonate another person; or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive conduct.

8. Third-party services and links

The services may use or link to third-party platforms, data sources, websites, or payment and membership providers, including Beehiiv and Whop. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Flow Maps Pro does not control and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, content, or practices.

9. Availability, changes, and termination

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or update any part of the services or content at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature, publication, or delivery schedule will remain unchanged. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, payment is overdue, access is being misused, or action is necessary to protect the service or others.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Flow Maps Pro disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and results. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your objectives.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Maps Pro and its owners, contributors, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, opportunities, or goodwill; trading or investment losses; or damages arising from reliance on the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid directly for the applicable Flow Maps Pro service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flow Maps Pro and its owners, contributors, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or unlawful conduct.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Flow Maps Pro operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. Any claim that cannot be resolved informally must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. General provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Educational & Financial Disclaimer, and any checkout terms presented to you, constitute the agreement governing your use of the services.
