SPY, QQQ, and NVDA all open today's session below their reset pivots — QQQ and NVDA fractionally so, SPY sitting directly on the line. The primary hypothesis is bearish below the pivots, but nothing is confirmed until we get a sustained, synchronized 15-minute read once the regular session opens.

TICKER SPOT PIVOT BIAS
SPY $767.00 $767.00 Bearish below
QQQ $717.38 $717.50 Bearish below
NVDA $230.46 $230.50 Bearish below

Session Bias: Neutral-to-Bearish. House lean: 40% bear (primary) / 30% bull / 30% chop. A synchronized, sustained 15-minute hold/reclaim above all three pivots is what invalidates the bearish thesis and opens the bullish path instead — pre-market positioning alone doesn't get there.

What's driving it: the 1:00 PM ET $58B 3-year Treasury note auction is today's real catalyst — the first leg of this week's refunding cycle. A weak tail supports continued trade below the pivots; a well-bid auction is needed to support a bullish reclaim. Oil is adding pressure too: WTI has pushed up to $94.40 with Brent reportedly nearing $100 after fresh strikes on Saudi energy sites over the weekend. Rates and the dollar are pulling in different directions — the 10Y is up to 4.81%, but DXY has actually reversed lower after its recent firming streak — a genuine cross-current worth watching into the auction.

This is the headline read. Paid subscribers also get the full trade framework for all three tickers (long and short R:R with entries, targets, and stops), institutional positioning and options-flow synthesis, and the complete Thesis Tree with Change My Mind conditions — everything behind today's call, not just the levels.
